Very Popular Herb Garden
We are growing about 56 sorts of herbs with the utmost care at our organic garden established by making use of the naturally sloping land. Please feel free to take a walk.
You can see a variety of seasonal herbs throughout the year at Blueberry Hill Katsuura.
Home grown herbs can be seen in a variety of places such as in our restaurant and in the guest rooms etc.
Even if you don’t have much knowledge of herbs, you will feel something special for sure.
Please enjoy our beautiful herbs which will heal your body and mind.

Blueberries are pretty, tasty and beautiful. They show us a different expression depending on the seasons.
Spring of Blueberries
Blueberries, which show us a different expression in each season, are pretty and tasty. Blueberries also have very cute small flowers which look like a white and pale pink lily bell.
Summer of Blueberries
Have you ever had freshly picked blueberries?
You will be surprised at the sweetness as the berry splits open in your mouth.
Because our blueberries are grown organically, it is safe to eat them straight after you pick them.
Blueberry picking is a privilege only for our hotel guests. Children will really enjoy this.

Autumn of Blueberries
In Autumn, after harvesting, blueberry leaves turn bright red.
Blueberries aren’t only good for eating but also viewing. After Autumn, the leaves fall and they rest for next season.

From spring to autumn, you can especially enjoy seeing the beautiful flowering plants. Also, there is a variety of entertainment available such as spending time with rabbits and goats, horse riding, cycling, athletics and using the swimming pool (in summer) etc, .
